  • How do I sign up?

    Visit /signup. During closed beta you must be on the allow-list; if you're not, email support@rmforge.io to request access.

  • What does closed beta mean?

    rmForge is in a controlled rollout. Only allow-listed users can create accounts. Beta users get the product free in exchange for feedback.

  • How do I reset my password?

    Click "Forgot password?" on the login page or visit /forgot-password directly. We email a reset link valid for 1 hour.

  • Is the closed beta really free?

    Yes. No credit card required. In exchange, we ask for feedback during the beta.

  • What will pricing look like at general availability?

    Final tiers are being set. Expected shape: pay according to use and storage. A bare metal stent device will likely be less cost than a multi-system medical device requiring essential performance evaluation.

  • Can I cancel any time?

    Yes. Beta accounts can be closed by emailing support@rmforge.io. Paid plans will likely be tiered based on use and storage with cancel-anytime by default at general availability.

  • How do I update my email?

    During closed beta, email support@rmforge.io and we'll update it. Self-service email change is on the roadmap.

  • How do I delete my account?

    Email support@rmforge.io with the subject "Delete account." We confirm by email then permanently delete your account and all associated analyses within 30 days.

  • Will there be team or enterprise plans?

    Yes. Team workspaces with shared analyses are planned for general availability. Enterprise plans will add custom severity / probability scales, audit log export, and a dedicated contact via consulting.
