Account, Beta, and Billing
← Return to FAQHow do I sign up?
Visit /signup and confirm your email. Then book your onboarding meeting at /book, where we build your first Hazard Analysis with you.
What does closed beta mean?
rmForge is in a controlled rollout: it runs by referral and is not yet publicly listed. You can create an account and book an onboarding meeting; the first analysis is built with you.
How do I reset my password?
Click "Forgot password?" on the login page or visit /forgot-password directly. We email a reset link valid for 1 hour.
What needs no payment?
Signing up, booking, and the working session itself need no credit card. Deliverables, including the Hazard Analysis workbook, are provided after payment for the services you select at the session.
How does pricing work?
You decide on services and payment at the end of your working session; deliverables are provided after payment. Ongoing support is a flat-fee subscription, not pay-per-use. The fee is set in a proposal sent after your first meeting, scoped to your device program.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Email support@rmforge.io to cancel. Subscription terms, including cancellation, are set out in your proposal.
How do I update my email?
During closed beta, email support@rmforge.io and we'll update it. Self-service email change is on the roadmap.
How do I delete my account?
Email support@rmforge.io with the subject "Delete account." We confirm by email then permanently delete your account and all associated analyses within 30 days.
Will there be team or enterprise plans?
Yes. Team workspaces with shared analyses are planned for general availability. Enterprise plans will add custom severity / probability scales, audit log export, and a dedicated contact via consulting.
