Analyses run based on complexity. If you see no progress on the status page after a couple of hours, click "Refresh" once; if still stuck, email support@rmforge.io with your analysis ID and we will investigate.
The output Excel file looks wrong. How do I report it?
Email support@rmforge.io with the analysis ID, the row IDs in question, and a description. During closed beta we read every report and patch the agent quickly.
I didn't get the password reset email.
Check spam. The link arrives within 1 minute. If still missing after 5 minutes, retry the reset, and if that fails email support@rmforge.io.
